By using AmendReady you agree to these terms. Please read them — they cover what the tool does, what it doesn't do, and what you can expect from a purchase.

What AmendReady Is (and Isn't)

  • •AmendReady is an AI-powered drafting and analysis tool. It reads your inspection report and produces a severity breakdown, estimated repair cost ranges, and suggested amendment or rebuttal language.
  • •AmendReady is NOT legal advice, a home inspection, an appraisal, or a contractor bid. Output is a starting point for your own professional judgment — you and your agent decide what to actually submit in a transaction.
  • •Repair cost estimates are AI-generated approximations for negotiation context only. Always obtain actual contractor bids before making financial decisions.
  • •AI-generated output can contain errors or omissions. Review every finding against the original inspection report before relying on it.

Purchases, Free Analyses & Promotions

  • •Paid analyses are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Each purchase (or free launch slot) covers up to 3 analysis runs, so you can re-run with corrected inputs.
  • •Free launch slots and promotional pricing are limited in number, offered at our discretion, and may change or end at any time.
  • •Promotional discount codes apply only at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • •If an analysis fails to complete due to a technical problem on our side, contact us and we will re-run it or refund your purchase.

Your Responsibilities

  • •Only upload documents you have the right to use, such as an inspection report for your own transaction or one you represent a party in.
  • •Provide accurate information (role, home price, deal context) — the analysis quality depends on it.
  • •Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.

Limitation of Liability

  • •AmendReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis giving rise to the claim.
  • •We are not liable for outcomes of real estate negotiations or transactions in which AmendReady output was used.
