AmendReady ("we", "us") provides AI-powered analysis of residential inspection reports. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

  • •Contact information: your name and email address, which you provide when you run an analysis.
  • •Report content: the text of the inspection report (or amendment document) you upload, which is processed to generate your analysis.
  • •Transaction details: purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data on their PCI-compliant systems.
  • •Deal context you choose to provide: your role (buyer/seller/agent), negotiation posture, home price, property city/state, and any agent notes.

How Your Report Is Processed

  • •Before analysis, we automatically strip personal information from your report text — names, street addresses, ZIP codes, email addresses, and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders.
  • •The scrubbed report text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service to generate your analysis. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
  • •Uploaded report files are processed in memory to generate your analysis and are not stored permanently on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

  • •To generate and deliver your analysis, including emailing you a copy of your results.
  • •To manage free-tier eligibility and purchases (we keep a customer record with your name, email, and usage history in Stripe, our payment processor).
  • •To contact you about your analysis or, occasionally, about AmendReady updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • •We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Service Providers

  • •Stripe — payment processing and customer records.
  • •Anthropic — AI analysis of scrubbed report text.
  • •Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • •Vercel — website hosting.
  • •Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function.

Data Retention & Your Rights

  • •Analysis results are delivered to your browser and email; report files are not retained after processing.
  • •Customer records (name, email, purchase history) are retained for accounting and support purposes.
  • •You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us — see Contact below.
